Celebrating 180 Years of Armenian Evangelical Heritage
This year we joyfully celebrate the 180th Anniversary of the Armenian Evangelical Church, honoring a legacy of faith, education, and service that began on July 1, 1846, in Constantinople, when 37 men and 3 women founded a movement seeking reform and renewal. Supported by American missionaries, the Church has pioneered education, advanced the Armenian language, and established communities worldwide. Despite enduring war, genocide, and displacement, the Armenian Evangelical Church continues to stand strong today, faithfully serving communities and bearing witness to Christ across the globe.
